Where to Watch Night Kites

Where to watch night kites in Port Aransas is simple: beach markers 13, 14, and 15 — the same stretch for a night fly or nite fly. Next action: stand on that stretch, then book a show if you want the sky on a date you pick.

Park with a beach permit, keep 15 mph on the sand, and look for LED color after dark when the wind is up. Lights often run until about 10–10:30pm when we fly. The pin is Beach Marker 13 — walk south on the sand toward 14 and 15.
